i had a superior bank king guest room with a city view, it was well-designed. the gym had technogym equipment and was well-equipped for a workout. the concierge secured a reservation at mr porter (on the same day, amazing!). the location was great, providing easy access to many places.
i noticed the hallway carpet had some stains and wasn't vacuumed well, it needs better maintenance.

Wonderful Central Hotel

The concierge secured a reservation at Mr Porter on the same day I requested. The gym has Technogym equipment that I found well-kept. I also appreciated the overall sophisticated atmosphere of the hotel. The central location made it easy to explore the city. I really appreciated it. I also liked the professional staff. I enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, The Duchess. We booked their private function room for Christmas dinner, and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to town. We enjoyed that it was near so many amenities.
I was not thrilled with the room I was assigned . The hotel was overbooked, and I was given a separate room behind a staircase. The room felt a bit spooky. It did not meet my expectations.
